This Privacy Policy describes how HOA ReservePro, a brand of FinOpti Treasury, LLC, (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “HOA ReservePro”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you interact with our Services. “Services” means any products, services, content, features, and all related websites offered to you by HOA ReservePro.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to non-HOA ReservePro websites or services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy. Please review the privacy policies on those services directly to understand their privacy practices.
What Information Do We Collect?
Depending on the nature of your interaction with HOA ReservePro, we may collect personal information as follows:
Directly from You
- Contact information, such as email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to include when you contact us or communicate with us.
- Identity information, such as your name, physical address, date of birth, and Social Security number to facilitate your account opening with our partner bank.
- HOA ReservePro profile information, including your name, telephone number, email address, and selected password.
- Any additional information you choose to provide us, including questions and feedback.
Some of this information may be collected by external parties on our behalf. For example, we work with third-party partners to perform background checks and receive certain information, including information related to Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Watchlists.
From Third Parties
- Information to authenticate you when you choose to log in to our Services using your Google credentials. Google will authenticate your identity and share certain information with us, such as your name and email address. You can review and manage the permissible you have granted through your Google account settings.
- Information about your transaction history from our partner bank, OMB Bank (or other bank connection companies), to facilitate and administer transactions and manage your account efficiently.
- Information about your financial accounts and transaction history from financial and bank connection partners, including without limitation, Plaid, Finicity, MX and Quillt (“Connection Partner”), when you connect your HOA ReservePro profile to other financial accounts using our Connection Partner. When you do so, HOA ReservePro will receive certain information from our Connection Partner, such as your account balances and transaction history, to ensure our Services provide up-to-date and accurate information. Our Connection Partner acts as an intermediary between our Services and your financial institution. When you provide your financial account credentials to our Connection Partner, you grant us and Our Connection Partner the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your information being transferred, stored, and processed by our Connection Partner in accordance with our Connection Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please note we do not receive your financial account credentials or account numbers from our Connection Partner.
- Information about the marketing and advertisements you have seen or clicked on from online advertising companies.
Before authorizing a connection to your HOA ReservePro profile, you should review the privacy policy of any third-party that will gain access to or share personal information as part of the profile connection.
Cookies
When you interact with our online Services, certain information about your use of our online Services is automatically collected. This includes:
- Usage details about your interaction with our online Services, such as the date, time, and length of visits, and specific pages or content accessed during the visits, search terms, frequency of the visits, and referring website address.
- Device information including the IP address and other details of a device that you use to connect with our online Services, such as device type and unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
- Location information where you choose to provide the online Services with access to information about your device’s location.
Much of this information is collected through cookies and other tracking technologies, which may be operated by our partners who assist us in collecting information about usage of the online Services, serving ads, and fraud prevention.

How Do We Use Your Information?
We use information collected as described in this Privacy Policy to:
- Interact with you, such as responding to your requests, providing support, and informing you about important changes to our policies.
- Provide our Services including, facilitating the opening of your deposit account with our partner bank to earn interest returns and issuing tax statements.
- Prevent potentially fraudulent, prohibited, or illegal activities, verify your identity, and engage in KYC, AML, and other risk management and compliance activities.
- Manage and improve the Services and grow our business, including monitoring the performance of our Services, understanding our customer base, developing new products and services, and diagnosing or fixing technology problems.
- Advertise and market our products and Services, such as presenting targeted ads and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Comply with legal requirements and industry standards, detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent or illegal, and protect the rights of HOA ReservePro, you, or others.
We may use and disclose information in an aggregated or de-identified manner data at our discretion, including for research, analysis, modeling, marketing, and improvement of our Services.
How Do We Disclose Your Information?
- Partner bank: To provide you with our high-yield cash management services, it is necessary to share your information with our partner bank, OMB Bank. This partnership allows us to open a deposit account in your name at OMB Bank and provide you with interest returns and other financial benefits associated with the deposit account. HOA ReservePro is acting as your agent and not as the agent of OMB Bank. The information we disclose to OMB Bank will be used and disclosed in accordance with OMB Bank’s privacy practices. - Service providers: We may share your information with service providers that we believe need the information to perform a technology, business, or other professional function for us such as IT services, customer service, marketing, accounting, auditing, and tax services, and other professional services. For example, we use Treasury Prime, a provider of Banking-as-a-Service solutions (BaaS), to integrate banking services directly into our platform. Treasury Prime performs certain business functions for us, such as account management and fund transfers to and from your OMB Bank deposit account.
- Advertising partners: We partner with third parties who assist us in serving advertising regarding the Services to others who may be interested in the Services. These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect or receive information from our online Services and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. Third parties may allow other companies to access information about you so that they may market other products you may be interested in.
- Analytics partners: We partner with analytics providers, who collect information via tracking technologies on our online Services to assist us with measuring visits and traffic on our online Services so we can measure and improve the performance of the online Services.
- Social Media Platforms: If you interact with us on social media platforms, the platform may be able to collect information about you and your interaction with us. If you interact with social media objects on our Services (for example, by clicking on a Facebook “like” button), both the platform and your connections on the platform may be able to view that activity. To control this sharing of information, please review the privacy policy of the relevant social media platform.
- Corporate event: We reserve the right to transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. An acquiring party or the merged entity may not have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this Privacy Policy.
- Legal purposes: We share information where necessary to comply with applicable law, to respond to requests from law enforcement agencies or other government authorities or third-parties, as permitted by law and without your consent when it is necessary to protect our customers, employees, or property, in emergency situations; or to enforce our rights under our terms and policies.
Information Choices
- Account information: If you have a HOA ReservePro account, you may access your account to correct or update certain information in your account, such as your contact information.
- Cookies Preferences: You have several options to either prevent our collection of information regarding your online activity, or prevent third parties from using such information.
• You may be able to prevent third parties from using your information for interest-based advertisements across the internet by visiting www.networkadvertising.org or www.aboutads.info. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads, nor will it prevent the receipt of interest-based advertising from other companies that do not participate in these programs.
• You may also opt-out of some of third-party cookies by visiting their opt-out pages. These are examples of our cookie providers, but the list is not exhaustive. In addition, we are not responsible for the effectiveness of any of these opt-out mechanisms:
We use Google Analytics to collect usage details. You can learn more about privacy and Google Analytics here, and opt out of collection of your data by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We use Google Ads and Facebook Pixel to customize our advertising and to serve you ads based on your browsing behavior. You can visit Facebook and Google to learn more about their privacy practices. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Facebook’s Ad Settings and Google’s Ad Settings. - Email marketing: If at any time you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information that you provide through the Services. While we use these precautions, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf.The Services are intended only for a United States audience. Any information you provide, including any personal information, may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries.
Children
We do not knowingly or intentionally gather personal information about children. If we have inadvertently collected the personal information of a child, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to request that we delete the information from our records or otherwise cease the use of that information.
